How to exercise access, correction, export, deletion and restriction.
What you can request
Access to the data held about you, correction of inaccurate data, an export in a portable format, deletion, restriction of processing where applicable, and withdrawal of consent.
How identity is verified
A request is answered only after the requester is verified through the account it concerns, or through a control that proves authority over the domain or organization. This protects against someone requesting another organization's data.
Where the product already gives you control
Account settings hold publication consent, notification preferences and account closure. Using those is faster than a written request.
Processor requests
If the data belongs to a customer's workspace and VENRAC acts as processor, the request is routed to that customer and they decide.
Response
Requests are acknowledged and answered within the period required by applicable law for the requester's jurisdiction.
