Request the DPA from legal@venrac.com with your legal entity name and the workspace it should cover.
What it covers
Subject matter and duration of processing, categories of data and data subjects, security measures, subprocessing, assistance with data subject requests, and deletion or return at the end of the service.
Signature
A DPA is executed between your legal entity and EgnaFlex Inc. VENRAC does not display a signed agreement that does not exist.
Status
The standard text is in preparation and pending legal review; until then requests are handled individually.
