How VENRAC maps onto controller and processor roles for customers in the EEA and the UK.
Roles
VENRAC is controller for account, billing and security data, and processor for the business content a customer submits or connects.
Data subject requests
Requests received about a customer's workspace are routed to that customer without VENRAC deciding them.
Processing terms
Business customers can request the data processing addendum for controller/processor terms.
Transfers
Region and residency are account properties; transfer mechanisms are documented per processor on the subprocessors page.
