Terms of Service
The agreement between EgnaFlex Inc. and the business using VENRAC.
1. Agreement
By creating an account or using VENRAC you accept these terms on behalf of the organization you represent.
2. Eligibility
VENRAC is offered to businesses and to people acting with authority for a business.
3. Accounts and organizations
You are responsible for the accuracy of account data and for the actions of members you invite.
4. Domain ownership
Advanced features require proof of domain ownership. Claiming a domain you do not control is a breach of these terms.
5. Public scans
The public scanner requests publicly reachable pages within a fixed budget and respects refusal signals. You must not use it against systems you have no right to scan.
6. Public business profiles
A public profile shows only what has been approved for publication in your workspace.
7. Customer content
You keep your rights in the content you submit. You grant VENRAC the rights needed to operate the service for you.
8. AI-measured information
Measurements describe observed AI behaviour at a point in time. They are evidence of an observation, not a statement of fact about any provider's system.
9. No ranking guarantee
VENRAC does not promise placement, ranking or citation in any AI system's output.
10. Third-party AI platforms
Provider availability, model routing and policy are outside VENRAC's control and can change without notice.
11. Connectors
A connector operates within its declared scopes. You are responsible for the credentials you supply and the permissions you grant.
12. API, MCP and A2A
Programmatic surfaces are subject to the API terms, rate limits and quotas of your plan.
13. Actions and approvals
Write actions may require approval and always run under server-side policy. You remain responsible for the effect of approved actions in your own systems.
14. Prohibited use
The acceptable use policy forms part of this agreement.
15. Plans and payment
Plan entitlements, quotas and prices are defined by the Commercial Platform. Paid plans are currently opened through an early access process.
16. Usage limits
Quota and cost ceilings are enforced server-side; exceeding them can pause a capability without affecting your public presence.
17. Suspension
VENRAC may suspend an account for security, abuse or non-payment, and will say which reason applies.
18. Intellectual property
VENRAC and its software remain the property of EgnaFlex Inc.
19. Feedback
Feedback you choose to send may be used without obligation.
20. Disclaimers
The service is provided without a warranty that measurement results will match any particular business outcome.
21. Limitation of liability
Liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law; final wording is subject to legal review.
22. Governing law
Governing law and venue are subject to legal review before publication.
23. Changes
Updated terms are published here with a version and effective date.
